I am a chinese consumer who tasted this wine few days ago. I was very excited when I drank it for a blending of Shiraz and Pinot Noir is rarely to find. Then I have few questions about this wine. Why do you blend Piont Noir which is a very delicate variety with Shiraz, a grape that is full of passion and strength? The second is what the varieties of this wine exactly are? The back label shows two varieties, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, however the chinese online wine merchant, yesmywine.com, notes three grapes which are blended in your wine,Piont Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Do you have Cabernet Sauvignon in this wine? Could you give me a precise percent of the varieties of this wine? I am honestly looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
