Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Ripe and dynamic, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases bold aromas of green apple, ripe pear and candied apricot. Surprisingly round on the palette, flavors of nectarine and honeysuckle are complemented by refreshing acidity and clean minerality that lead into a long and complex finish of orange rind and pineapple guava.
Vineyard Notes
Respecting both the powerful aromas and graceful texture that a great Sauvignon Blanc displays, this wine is 100% varietally pure and 100% Sonoma Coast. Extra care was taken in the vineyard to ensure optimal ripeness. An extended cold fermentation preventing malolactic fermentation captured the bright and opulent Ceja Vineyards style.

This is a crisp, lush and stunning wine that is balanced in flavor by tropical fruit and grassiness. Instantly, this wine became one of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs from California (and my other two favorites are much more expensive than this food-friendly wine). It's great with seafood; or, just enjoy it on its own.
